Casa Rural L’Americà is located on the ground floor of a 1913 building recently refurbished. It was built by a family who moved to Venezuela and lived there for a few years. Influenced by this country, they wanted to bring into their house some American building features.

Then, it belonged to a doctor from Castellón during the 50's-60's, and then to my grandparents, Francisco and Rosalia .

Only the first floor of the building was used as their primary residence for more than three decades. Then, in 2009, the ground floor was restored into a holiday cottage, trying to preserve the traditional architecture and distribution of this type of farmhouses, while providing all necessary elements for a comfortable stay.

It features its inner courtyard (typical of the buildings of this time), where you can breathe tranquility in the shade of the lemon tree, listening to the water in the central fountain.
