La Carrasca is an old orchard house within the Vega Baja del Segura, which is 1.5 km from Catral, and dates from 1900. Preserving its structure and appearance, in 2005 this house was restored into a holiday cottage featuring all the 21st century comfort and rustic charm of an orchard house.

It has a ​​2500 m2 fenced area where you can find a variety of trees (kermes oaks, cork trees, mulberry trees, palm trees, pine trees, orange trees, lemon trees...), an ideal place for children to play. It also has a small garden with seasonal vegetables and organic farming. It also has a hen house for visitors use. Annexed to the house there is a large barbecue for two paella pans, and a parking space.

The whole house has heating, and the interior décor features restored antique furniture and new rustic furniture combined harmoniously. But the highlight is the collection of paintings inspired in Greek mythology by Fermin Navarro, a local painter.

La Carrasca can sleep up to 18 divided into two adjoining houses. In short, inner and outer spaces joined together to have fun, relax and enjoy green tourism near Alicante beaches.

Casa Limón
It offers 8 beds in 3 en suite double and two single bedrooms. The bathrooms have hairdryers. Single bedrooms are located inside the double bedrooms, which makes two sets sleeping 3 - ideal for families with children. The house has a living room with TV and fireplace, and kitchen with hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and iron.

Casa Naranja
It sleeps 8 plus 2 extra bed in 5 double bedrooms. This house has 3 bathrooms and a toilet, one of these has a whirlpool tub, all with hairdryer. Like Casa Limón above, the living room features a fireplace and TV, and the kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and iron. This house also has a 15 m2 courtyard.
